When you submit a funding application we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, requested funding amount, time in business, average monthly revenue, self-reported credit range, industry, and legal structure.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) present in the link you arrived through.

How we use your information

We use your information to evaluate your funding request, match you with appropriate offers, contact you about your application, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Credit inquiries

Pre-qualifying does not involve a hard credit inquiry and does not affect your personal credit score. If you choose to move forward with an offer that requires a hard inquiry, we will tell you before it happens and obtain your consent.
